...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR PROCTOR CREEK IN FULTON COUNTY HAS
BEEN CANCELLED...
PROCTOR CREEK QUICKLY REACHED A CREST OF 12.34 FEET AT 1130 PM
SUNDAY EVENING AND THEN BEGAN TO FALL. THE CREEK FELL BELOW THE
FLOOD STAGE OF 8 FEET SHORTLY AFTER MIDNIGHT. AT 1215 AM THE
STAGE READING WAS 6.28 FEET. THE HEAVY RAIN HAS DIMINISHED AND THE
CREEK SHOULD CONTINUE TO SUBSIDE.
THERE IS NO LONGER A THREAT FOR FLASH FLOODING ALONG AREA CREEKS...
STREAMS...OR ROADWAYS. THEREFORE...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING HAS BEEN
CANCELLED.
