THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  LAVACA

* UNTIL 800 PM CDT

* AT 704 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED NUMEROUS 
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN OVER LAVACA COUNTY. THESE 
  STORMS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE SPOTTY RAINFALL TOTALS UP TO 4 INCHES
  AS THEY MOVE EAST AT 30 MPH. 

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT IN LOW LIGHT CONDITIONS WHEN IT IS HARDER 
TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH 
FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE 
FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER 
BEGINS RISING.
