*EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS MORNINGS STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE   
 FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...LOW WATER CROSSINGS    
 AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING AREAS.

ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND TYHUNDERSTORMS WITH MODERATE TO HEAVY
