THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  REAL
  UVALDE

* UNTIL 215 PM CST

* AT 1210 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE RIO FRIO...LEAKEY...GARNER STATE
  PARK AND CONCAN.

THE RADAR IS SHOWING RAINFALL RATES OF 2 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR WITH 
SOME OF THESE STORMS. THE STORMS ARE MOVING TO THE NORTH AT 20 MPH. 

FLASH FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT. MOST FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR
