THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  KINNEY

* UNTIL 645 AM CDT

* AT 343 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WESTERN HALF OF
  KINNEY COUNTY. MOVEMENT IS EAST AT 5 TO 10 MPH. RAINFALL RATES OF
  1.25 TO 1.75 INCHES AN HOUR WERE BEING ESTIMATED BY DOPPLER RADAR 
  BETWEEN 3008 AND 674.  

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE ALAMO VILLAGE AND BRACKETTVILLE. 
  
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE
