* AT 259 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS
  STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR LIBERTY...OR ABOUT 13 MILES NORTHEAST OF
  KANSAS CITY...AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
