DE KALB COUNTY IN NORTHWEST MISSOURI * UNTIL 530 PM CDT * AT 447 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO.
