* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL LIVINGSTON COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL MISSOURI
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF CHILLICOTHE

* UNTIL 1215 PM CDT

* AT 1121 AM CDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED A TORNADO NEAR BRAYMER...
  AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

* THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
   MOORESVILLE BY 1130 AM CDT
   CHILLICOTHE BY 1140 AM CDT.
   CHULA BY 1155 AM CDT.

SEVERAL PUBLIC REPORTS OF BRIEF TORNADO TOUCHDOWNS HAVE BEEN 
RECEIVED WITH THIS STORM NEAR BRAYMER AROUND 1120 AM. DOPPLER RADAR 
INDICATES WEAK ROTATION ASSOCIATED WITH THIS THUNDERSTORM MOVING 
INTO THE MOORESVILLE AREA. 

THE SAFEST PLACE TO BE DURING A TORNADO IS IN A BASEMENT. GET UNDER A
WORKBENCH OR OTHER PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE. IF NO BASEMENT IS
AVAILABLE...SEEK SHELTER ON THE LOWEST FLOOR OF THE BUILDING IN AN
