* AT 526 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS
  STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR POTTER...OR ABOUT 8 MILES SOUTHEAST OF
  ATCHISON...AND MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.
