  EASTERN MIAMI COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS

* UNTIL 400 AM CDT

* AT 301 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING GOLF BALL SIZE HAIL...AND
  DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR
  LOUISBURG...OR ABOUT 12 MILES EAST OF PAOLA...AND MOVING NORTHEAST
  AT 55 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
   PECULIAR BY 315 AM CDT.
