  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 13 MILES
  SOUTHWEST OF CROSWELL...OR ABOUT 17 MILES NORTHWEST OF PORT
  HURON...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.
