* AT 746 PM...RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM THAT HAS PRODUCED A
  TORNADO 9 MILES NORTHWEST OF MINGO...OR ABOUT 23 MILES NORTHEAST OF
  DES MOINES...MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.

* THE STORM WILL BE...
