  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS
  STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR WOODWARD...OR 21 MILES NORTHWEST OF DES
  MOINES...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.
