THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DES MOINES HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  STORY COUNTY IN CENTRAL IOWA

* UNTIL 900 PM CDT

* AT 824 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
  A TORNADO OVER MAXWELL...OR ABOUT 25 MILES NORTHEAST OF DES
  MOINES...MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.

* THE STORM WILL BE...

  NEAR COLLINS AROUND 830 PM CDT.

AT 824 PM CDT THE PUBLIC REPORTED A TORNADO 2 MILES WEST OF MAXWELL. 
THIS STORM ALSO HAS A HISTORY OF WIND DAMAGE.

THIS WARNING EXTENDS THE TORNADO WARNING PREVIOUSLY IN EFFECT FOR 
STORY COUNTY.

RAIN WILL LIMIT VISIBILITY SO SEEK SHELTER IN A BASEMENT...OR IN AN 
INTERIOR ROOM. STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS. IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OR IN A
