  NORTHERN EDWARDS COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS.

* UNTIL 1015 AM CDT

* AT 911 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING PENNY SIZE HAIL.  THIS
  STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR KINSLEY...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  RURAL AREAS OF NORTHERN EDWARDS COUNTY.
