EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL IS CAUSING FLOODING OF URBAN
AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES. MANY AVENUES, STREETS AND
INTERSECTIONS IN DODGE CITY ARE EXPERIENCING FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
