* AT 630 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO NEAR GURLEY...OR
  ABOUT 17 MILES NORTH OF SIDNEY...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
