THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CRAWFORD COUNTY IN NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA...

* UNTIL 845 AM EDT

* AT 645 AM EDT EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLOODING OF 
ROADS AND STREAMS FROM MEADVILLE SOUTHEAST TO COCHRANTON.  IN 
ADDITION...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED ANOTHER THUNDERSTORM MOVING 
SOUTHEAST THROUGH ERIE COUNTY TOWARD THE AREA.  THIS STORM WILL 
LIKELY BRING ANOTHER THREE QUARTERS TO ONE INCH TO THE ALREADY 
SATURATED PORTION OF CENTRAL CRAWFORD COUNTY AND CAUSE ADDITIONAL 
FLOODING.  

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...

  MEADVILLE
  COCHRANTON

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE ADDITIONAL FLOODING OF

COUNTRY ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS 
AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.
