THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MORROW COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL OHIO

* UNTIL 1100 AM EDT

* AT 803 AM EDT...SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORM HAVE PRODUCED TORRENTIAL 
RAIN THIS MORNING ACROSS SOUTHERN MORROW COUNTY. 

* RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO 3.5 INCHES HAVE OCURRED AND MORE HEAVY RAIN 
IS LIKELY OVER THE NEXT HOUR.


EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE
BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
