THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN COLUMBIA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  COLUMBIA COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL GEORGIA

* UNTIL 730 PM EDT

* EARLIER HEAVY RAINS HAS RESULTED IN FLOODING IN THE WINDMILL
  PLANTATION AREA OF EVANS AND NEAR STEINER CREEK IN MARTINEZ
  NEAR WENDOVER WAY. WATER HAS FLOODED ROADWAYS AND IS ENTERING
  SOME HOMES IN THESE AREAS. RADAR INDICATES THAT THE HEAVIEST
  RAIN HAS MOVED OUT OF THE COUNTY. HOWEVER...CONTINUED RUNOFF
  FROM PREVIOUS HEAVY RAIN MAY CONTINUE THE FLOOD THREAT IN 
  THESE AREAS.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE ON FLOODED ROADS. IT TAKES LITTLE WATER
TO MOVE A VEHICLE OFF THE ROAD AND INTO DEEPER WATER.
