* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  LEWIS COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW YORK

* UNTIL 415 PM EDT

* AT 310 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
  OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 6 MILES WEST OF HIGHMARKET...OR
  ABOUT 27 MILES NORTH OF ROME...AND WAS MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
