CATTARAUGUS COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK ALLEGANY COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK * UNTIL 400 AM EDT * AT 1220 AM EDT...THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUED TO ROLL EAST ACROSS THE REGION FROM NEAR ALLEGANY PARK TO SALAMANCA TO ANGELICA. UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE IN AS MANY HOURS AS THE LINE OF STORMS SLOWLY SINKS SOUTHWARD INTO PENNSYLVANIA BY 3 AM. * THESE RAINS WILL FALL ON SATURATED GROUND MAY RESULT IN FLASH FLOODING...ESPECIALLY OVER HIGHER ELEVATIONS AND IN AREAS OF STEEP TERRAIN. HEAVY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS DROPPED ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN ACROSS THE REGION AROUND THE MIDNIGHT HOUR...BUT HAVE SINCE MOVED SOUTH INTO PENNSYLVANIA. LIMITED FLOODING HAS SUBSIDED.
