  NORTH OF THE CITY OF CANANDAIGUA...MOVING NORTH AT 5 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING WILL BE NEAR...
  SHORTSVILLE AT 135 PM EDT...
  MANCHESTER AT 140 PM EDT...
  VICTOR AT 205 PM EDT...

DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE

AT 201 PM EDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLOODING IN 
SOME OF THE STREETS IN THE CITY OF CANANDAIGUA. DOPPLER RADAR 
ESTIMATED AS MUCH AS 2 AND ONE QUARTER INCHES OF RAIN OVER PARTS OF 
CANANDAIGUA IN A LITTLE OVER A ONE HOUR PERIOD OF TIME.

* THE THUNDERSTORM THAT PRODUCED THE FLASH FLOODING HAS EXITED       
  ONTARIO COUNTY...HOWEVER RUNOFF FROM HILLY AREAS IN THE VICINITY   
  OF CANANDAIGUA WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE FLOODING OF SMALLER FEEDER 
  STREAMS...BASEMENTS AND FLOOD PRONE URBAN AREAS OVER THE NEXT      
  HOUR.
