THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BUFFALO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK
  CATTARAUGUS COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK

* UNTIL 300 AM EDT

* AT 1235 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED  
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING OVER THE SOUTHERN    
  PORTIONS OF CHAUTAUQUA AND CATTARAUGUS COUNTIES. THESE STORMS WERE 
  MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH BUT WERE REDEVELOPING OVER LAKE ERIE.

* MANY AREA HAVE RECEIVED ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN SINCE 10 PM AND  
  ANOTHER ONE TO TWO INCHES ARE POSSIBLE AS THESE STORMS CONTINUE TO 
  MOVE OVER THE SAME AREAS. THE GREATEST RISK OF FLOODING IS ACROSS  
  THE SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF THE COUNTIES FROM JAMESTOWN TO OLEAN.    
  THE STORMS SHOULD WEAKEN AND BECOME MORE SCATTERED BY 3 AM.
