  NORTHERN JIM HOGG COUNTY IN DEEP SOUTH TEXAS

* UNTIL 1030 PM CST

* AT 941 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 14 MILES NORTH
  OF ESCOBA...OR 23 MILES WEST OF HEBBRONVILLE...MOVING EAST AT 40
  MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
