  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...SPRINGFIELD...CHICOPEE

* UNTIL 415 PM EDT

* AT 210 PM EDT...TORRENTIAL RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM  WAS OCCURING 
NEAR EAST LONGMEADOW...OR ABOUT NEAR SPRINGFIELD. THE STORM   
PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.

* THE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE
EXTREMELY HEAVY RAINFALL WHICH WILL RESULT IN FLASH FLOODING.
