  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
  OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR BYNUM...OR ABOUT 8 MILES
  EAST OF LINCOLN...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.
