  FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM NEAR BRUNDIDGE...OR ABOUT 7   
MILES SOUTHEAST OF TROY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH.  RADAR INDICATED
