* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTH CENTRAL MCKENZIE COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN NORTH DAKOTA

* UNTIL 330 AM CDT

* AT 1215 PM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 20 MILES NORTHWEST OF GRASSY
  BUTTE... MOVING NORTH AT 5 MPH.

* ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS IN SOUTH CENTRAL AND CENTRAL MCKENZIE
  COUNTY ARE SLOWLY MOVING NORTH AT 5 MPH AND PRODUCING TORRENTIAL
  RAINFALL.  FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY...ESPECIALLY IN THE
  NORTH UNIT OF THEODORE ROOSEVELT NATIONAL PARK. PERSONS USING THE
  PARK ARE CAUTIONED TO BE ALERT FOR THESE THUNDERSTORMS AND THE
