* AT 542 PM CDT...LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED A TRAIN DERAILMENT DUE TO 
A TORNADO 10 MILES SOUTH OF HARTLEY. THE TORNADO WAS MOVING 
NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

ALSO...THIS TORNADO MAY BE RAIN-WRAPPED AND MAY BE DIFFICULT TO SEE.
