INDICATE VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 9 MILES EAST OF STINNETT. THE STORM
PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL WAS MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH.

AT 1235 AM CDT...6 TO 8 INCHES OF WATER WAS REPORTED OVER THE ROADS 
IN DOWNTOWN STINNETT.
