* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN ULSTER COUNTY IN EASTERN NEW YORK
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF KINGSTON

* UNTIL 900 PM EDT

* AT 600 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM 6 MILES WEST OF WEST           
  SHOKAN...OR ABOUT 11 MILES NORTHEAST OF GRAHAMSVILLE...MOVING      
  NORTHEAST AT 5 MPH.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  OLIVEBRIDGE...MOUNT TREMPER...WOODSTOCK...WEST HURLEY...TILLSON...

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
