* AT 319 PM MDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED A TORNADO 23 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
  ROSWELL...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE APPROACHING THE WESTERN LIMITS OF
  ROSWELL BETWEEN 335 AND 350 PM.
