THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LAS VEGAS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTH CENTRAL SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA

* UNTIL 430 PM PDT

* AT 129 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
  A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 3 MILES EAST OF MOUNTAIN 
  PASS...NEARLY STATIONARY.

LAS VEGAS DOPPLER RADAR HAS INDICATED THAT 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS 
FALLEN OVER MOUNTAIN PASS ON INTERSTATE 15 BETWEEN 100 PM AND 125 PM.
DRIVERS ALONG INTERSTATE 15 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 165 AND 179 SHOULD 
BE PREPARED FOR INTENSE RAIN AND LOW VISIBILITES.

NEVER DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
IT ONLY TAKES A FOOT OR TWO OF FLOWING WATER TO WASH MOST CARS AWAY.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
