* AT 225 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER CENTRAL CLARK COUNTY...OR
  ABOUT 6 MILES EAST OF JEAN...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 5 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE...
RURAL CENTRAL CLARK COUNTY AT 240 PM PDT

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF WASHES
