THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LAS VEGAS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WEST CENTRAL MOHAVE COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ARIZONA

* UNTIL 430 PM MST

* AT 124 PM MST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER WEST CENTRAL MOHAVE
  COUNTY...OR ABOUT 11 MILES SOUTH OF GOLDEN VALLEY...STATIONARY.

* FLASH FLOOD WAS LIKELY OCCURRING ALONG OATMAN ROAD BETWEEN 
  INTERSTATE 40 AND OATMAN.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF WASHES
AND SMALL STREAMS. ADDITIONALLY...HIGHWAYS...UNDERPASSES AND MANY
RURAL ROADS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. NEVER ATTEMPT
TO CROSS SWIFTLY FLOWING WATER. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATERS
SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
