* AT 255 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 13 MILES WEST OF
  LUDLOW...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE...
  NEAR LUDLOW AT 315 PM PDT
