* AT 815 PM PDT...SERIOUS FLOODING CONTINUED OVER NORTHWEST LAS   
  VEGAS.

* THE FLOODING WILL CONTINUE TO BE MOST SERIOUS ON...
  EAST-WEST STREETS IN NORTHWEST LAS VEGAS THROUGH 10 PM PDT.

DESPITE THE FACT THAT ONLY SPORADIC LIGHT SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE OVER 
THE LAS VEGAS VALLEY THROUGH MIDNIGHT...FLOODING FROM EARLIER HEAVY 
RAINS WILL CONTINUE FOR MUCH OF THE REST OF THE EVENING.
