THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LAS VEGAS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTH CENTRAL MOHAVE COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ARIZONA

* UNTIL 800 PM MST

* AT 704 PM MST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN
  AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER NORTH CENTRAL      
  MOHAVE COUNTY...OR BETWEEN 15 MILES NORTHEAST OF SOUTH COVE...AND  
  15 MILES WEST OF MT TRUMBULL. THESE STORMS WERE NEARLY STATIONARY.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF WASHES
AND SMALL STREAMS. ADDITIONALLY...HIGHWAYS...UNDERPASSES AND MANY 
RURAL ROADS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT. IF YOU ARE
CAMPING OR HIKING...IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHERE YOU ARE RELATIVE TO
STREAMS...RIVERS...OR WASHES. STAY AWAY FROM NARROW CANYONS WHERE
FLOOD WATERS CAN BECOME KILLERS IN HEAVY RAINS.

THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING REPLACES THE COMBINED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
AND FLASH FLOOD WARNING THAT WAS ALLOWED TO EXPIRE.
