    THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF SIERRA VISTA...HUACHUCA CITY

* AT 653 PM MST...SEVERE WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED VERY HEAVY RAIN   
  ACROSS SOUTHWEST COCHISE COUNTY FROM BENSON SOUTH TO SIERRA VISTA.
  THIS REPLACES THE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT
