THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TUCSON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHEASTERN PIMA COUNTY IN ARIZONA...INCLUDING MOUNT LEMMON

* UNTIL 1100 PM MST

* HEAVY RAINFALL EARLIER THIS EVENING IN THE CATALINA MOUNTAINS OVER 
  THE ASPEN FIRE BURN AREA WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE RUNOFF AND         
  FLOODING PROBLEMS FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS. LOWER ELEVATION      
  CANYONS IN THE FOOTHILLS OF TUCSON WILL LIKELY EXPERIENCE          
  SIGNIFICANT FLOWS IN THE CREEKS THROUGH ABOUT 11 PM MST. POPULAR   
  CANYONS LIKE SABINO AND BEAR USUALLY SEE SIGNIFICANT RISES IN THE  
  CREEKS ABOUT 3 HOURS AFTER THE HEAVY RAINFALL STARTS IN THE        
  MOUNTAINS. EVEN THOUGH THE RAINS HAVE DIMINISHED OVER THE          
  AREA...FLASH FLOODING WILL CONTINUE TO BE A CONCERN AS SMALL       
  STREAMS AND CREEKS RESPOND TO THE HEAVY RUNOFF THROUGH ABOUT 11 PM 
  MST THIS EVENING.  

THIS WARNING REPLACES OR EXTENDS THE PREVIOUSLY ISSUED FLASH FLOOD 
WARNING FOR THIS AREA.
