* AT 713 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH
  STRONG ROTATION OVER VIAN...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH. THIS
  DANGEROUS STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
