* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  TULSA COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 800 AM CDT

* AT 410 AM CDT RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 
  MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH OVER TULSA COUNTY. RADAR INDICATES THAT 
  2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN OVER PORTIONS OF TULSA COUNTY. 
  ANOTHER 2 TO 3 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH 800 AM CDT.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY THE HEAVY RAIN

AT 625 AM...RADAR CONTINUED TO SHOW MORE THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY 
HEAVY RAIN IN EASTERN OSAGE AND PAWNEE COUNTIES MOVING EAST TOWARD
TULSA COUNTY.  

RADAR INDICATES THAT UPWARDS OF TWO AND ONE HALF TO THREE INCHES OF 
RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN OVER PARTS OF NORTHERN TULSA COUNTY...
AND ANOTHER ONE TO ONE AND ONE HALF INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE 
BY 800 AM.
