THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  EXTREME SOUTHWEST ROGERS COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA
  TULSA COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 1015 PM CDT

* AT 721 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
  CONTINUING TO REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY OVER PARTS OF EASTERN       
  AND SOUTHERN TULSA COUNTY AND FAR SOUTHWEST ROGERS COUNTY. RADAR
  ESTIMATES SHOW THAT UP TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN NEAR 
  AND JUST WEST OF CATOOSA AND AROUND 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN
  IN PARTS OF SOUTHERN TULSA COUNTY BETWEEN BIXBY AND GLENPOOL.
  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO AN INCH MAY OCCUR BEFORE
  THE THUNDERSTORMS DISSIPATE AROUND SUNSET.       

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY THE HEAVY RAIN
  INCLUDE CATOOSA...VERDIGRIS...TULSA...BIXBY...JENKS AND BROKEN
  ARROW.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE FOR TULSA COUNTY AND              
   EXTREME SOUTHWEST ROGERS COUNTY AT 1015 PM CDT...

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS HAVE ENDED IN THE WARNING AREA. SOME 
FLOODING WAS REPORTED JUST TO THE SOUTH AND SOUTHWEST OF CATOOSA 
AROUND 730 PM BUT WITH THE RAIN HAVING ENDED...WATER LEVELS ARE  
RECEDING. THEREFORE THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE ON SCHEDULE 
AT 1015 PM. RADAR ESTIMATES SUGGEST THAT 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN 
LIKELY FELL NEAR THE TULSA/ROGERS COUNTY BORDER SOUTHWEST OF 
CATOOSA. ANOTHER RAINFALL MAXIMUM OF 2 TO 3 INCHES OCCURRED JUST TO 
THE WEST OF BIXBY BUT NO FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN THIS AREA.
