THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN RUSKIN HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  WESTERN MANATEE COUNTY
  IN EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA

* UNTIL 1215 PM EDT

* AT 1139 AM EDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED A WATERSPOUT MOVING ONSHORE
  WHITNEY BEACH ON LONGBOAT KEY.  THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT
  15 MPH TOWARD WEST BRADENTON.

THE SAFEST PLACE TO BE DURING A TORNADO IS IN A STRONG BUILDING ON
THE LOWEST FLOOR IN AN INTERIOR ROOM AWAY FROM WINDOWS. GET UNDER A
WORKBENCH OR OTHER PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE. USE BLANKETS OR PILLOWS
