* AT 430 AM CST...LAW ENFORCEMENTREPORTED A TORNADO TOUCHDOWN WITH
  SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE JUST EAST OF HIGHWAY 277 AT PIONEER AVENUE. THE
  TORNADO IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
