THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TALLAHASSEE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN WALTON COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF FLORIDA

* UNTIL 300 AM CDT

* AT 120 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING TO FALL OVER SOUTHERN WALTON COUNTY.    
  DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES BETWEEN 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY 
  FALLEN IN AREAS BETWEEN FREEPORT AND BRUCE...WITH ANOTHER 2 TO 3   
  INCHES OF RAIN POSSIBLE IN THE NEXT 1 TO 2 HOURS SINCE THE STORM   
  IS MOVING VERY LITTLE.  

* DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE
  ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
