EAST CENTRAL WASHINGTON COUNTY IN UTAH * UNTIL 615 PM MDT * AT 504 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER ZION NP...OR ABOUT 30 MILES NORTHWEST OF KANAB...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. PARK RANGERS REPORT VERY HEAVY RUNOFF IN THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS OF THE PARK. THE FLOW IN THE NORTH FORK OF THE VIRGIN RIVER WILL INCREASE QUICKLY AS THIS RUNOFF REACHES THE RIVER. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
