* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL WASHINGTON COUNTY IN UTAH

* UNTIL 545 PM MDT

* AT 343 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN 11 MILES NORTHWEST OF TOQUERVILLE...OR ABOUT 20 MILES   
  NORTHEAST OF ST GEORGE.  THE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS NEARLY         
  STATIONARY.  CAMPING AREAS IN THE PINE VALLEY MOUNTAINS ARE 
  VUNERABLE TO FLASH FLOODING.
