THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTH CENTRAL IRON COUNTY IN UTAH

* UNTIL 330 PM MDT

* AT 155 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER SOUTH CENTRAL IRON COUNTY...OR ABOUT 2 MILES SOUTH OF
  CEDAR CITY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THE THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HIGH 
RUNOFF FLOWS IN THE SHIRTS CREEK AREA THIS WARNING DOES NOT 
INCLUDE CEDAR CITY AT THIS TIME.
